App Install/Update

Check the App Store or Google Play on your phone to verify whether you have the latest version (v14.0) of UGO Wallet installed.

If not, tap the update or install button on the app store’s UGO Wallet page.

If you have the app installed you can check the app version at the bottom of the My Profile screen.

Sign into your wallet

Need to log in? Enter the registered email and password when prompted.

If you’ve reinstalled UGO Wallet, you will need to log into your account using your email and password.

Have you reinstalled UGO Wallet? Upon reinstallation, you must login by entering your registered email and password in order to proceed.

If you already have UGO Wallet installed, you can use your previously set login preference. These include passcode, Face ID or Touch ID.

Download your cards

With v14.0 of UGO Wallet you can now download your cards directly to your phone.

To do this open UGO Wallet and navigate to the homescreen. On this screen, tap on the DOWNLOAD ALL CARDS AS PHOTOS button. If you have your permissions set, this will save your cards directly to your phone.

Enable photo/storage permissions

With v14.0 of UGO Wallet, the new card download feature saves cards directly to your phone. To use this feature, you will be prompted to accept the photo or storage permissions after tapping DOWNLOAD ALL CARDS AS PHOTOS. The photo and storage permissions permit UGO Wallet the access to store your downloaded card into phone’s photo library.

If you accidentally reject the permissions when prompted – don’t worry! You can enable them via your phone’s settings.

Delete your cards (optional)

Before deleting your cards, we recommend downloading all cards or redeeming any remaining balance on e-gift cards before support ends on October 15, 2024. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can then delete your cards from UGO Wallet by tapping on the homepage header, then the Delete card button, to delete each card in one click.

Account deletion

If you’ve completed the previous steps applicable to you, you can delete your account. You can do this by selecting Delete account button on the My profile screen. Once you submit an account deletion request all information in your wallet will no longer be retrievable and scheduled for deletion. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your request.

Need to reinstall UGO Wallet?
